When are credits charged?
Credits are reserved when you confirm and settled on completion. If the provider returns actual costs, the charge is recalculated up to the quoted limit. Otherwise, the quoted credits apply.
What happens if generation fails or takes longer?
Confirmed failures release reserved credits. If the outcome is unknown, we keep the task pending for review instead of generating it again. An administrator will check the result.
Does applying a draft or restoring a version cost credits?
Applying existing results, manual editing, previews, and version recovery require no additional AI credits. New generation requests are charged separately.
How do I request a refund?
Submit a refund request through Suggestions with your account and top-up order number. We will review usage and payment status. No payments are processed before payment integration is enabled.
