About subscriptions

Subscription payments are not connected yet. Requests are added to a waiting list. Payment registration and recurring billing will begin after provider integration and your separate consent. Each subaccount has its own plan.

How do I create more websites?

Create a subaccount in your main account settings. Subaccounts share your contact details but have their own login credentials. Each can have one website and one store.

What do higher plans include?

Higher plans increase page, section, product, and image limits and unlock more design options. Every plan supports one website and one store.

Can I access FTP or the database directly?

Members and experts use the visual editor. FTP credentials, database access, and server source code are not provided.

Will downgrading delete my data?

We do not automatically delete your data. If your usage exceeds the new plan, the change is paused until you adjust it.
