How do AI chat and visual editing work together?
Choose a site and page in the AI studio, request a change, and refine the same document in the visual editor. Review the preview, then publish to update your live site.
Which plan do I need?
Basic covers websites; Standard adds online stores; Premium adds multilingual sites and marketplace connections. External services require the relevant API credentials and merchant agreements. New members receive a 3-day trial. To continue, register a card and authorize recurring billing.
Are AI credits included in the monthly fee?
AI credits are separate from the monthly site subscription. Review the credit estimate before generating and top up when needed. Top-ups using your saved subscription card require confirmation and are one-time payments; credits do not refill automatically. Manual editing and previews do not use new AI generation credits.
Are store payments and custom domains ready immediately?
Store payments require the seller's own PortOne and payment gateway setup and testing. Search for a domain, review the registration quote, and submit a request. Domain fees are separate, and payment approval alone does not complete registration.
Can I save and restore my work?
Alongside your working draft, keep up to 10 saved versions to preview, restore, or delete. Trial edits belong to the current tab; create a member account to save and operate a real site.
What if I need a feature that is not available?
Use Request a feature in the editor to describe what you need. The team will review the scope and feasibility and provide a separate quote. Track requests and replies in My Account.
How is visitor activity measured?
The service's public information pages and journal use Naver Analytics to measure visits. This analytics tag is excluded from the editor, My Account, payment pages, and private previews.
