Move smoothly between AI chat and manual editing
Use conversation for broad changes and manual editing for precise adjustments. Keep working in the same document while controlling scope, saves, and previews.
You do not have to start over whenever an AI-created site needs a change. TalkTalkMySite connects conversation and manual editing to the same site document. Begin by checking the site, page, and scope you are about to change.
Explain structural changes in chat
Use conversation for changes where intent matters: tone, core messaging, and the order of a service explanation. “Make it prettier” gives little direction. “Make the intended audience clear in the first screen and emphasize one inquiry button” gives you a concrete result to evaluate. Split large requests into manageable changes so you can see what each step accomplished.
Make precise adjustments manually
Use direct editing for wording, spacing, images, and menu order. The editor works on the same document as the AI workspace, so you do not need to copy a separate mockup. On a small screen, close editing tools when you want more room to inspect the canvas.
Save useful milestones
Before a major change, save a version. The service retains up to ten manual saved versions, so keep meaningful milestones rather than every small adjustment. If the limit is reached, review and delete an unnecessary version before creating another. Saving a draft and publishing the public site are separate actions.
Check the real visitor journey
Open the preview URL in a new tab and inspect menus, button destinations, long text, and mobile line breaks. Distinguish visual placement from functions that need separate setup, such as payment processing. AI generation may require a connected provider and credits; manual editing, previewing, and restoring an existing version are separate from a new generation request.
