Create useful text-first information pages
Delivery guidance, service processes, and common questions can work well as text. Use headings and lists to make the page easy to update and read on a phone.
Not every page needs a large image. Frequently changing operating information can be easier to update and scan when written as text. Add an illustration only when it explains something useful.
Separate information by question
Do not combine opening hours, contact methods, and service steps in one paragraph. Let readers find the right section by scanning headings. Use a sequence for ordered tasks and place exceptions next to the relevant step.

Keep paragraphs focused
Give each paragraph one job instead of pasting a long block of instructions. Do not hide important conditions in tiny, faint text. Check line breaks, spacing, long addresses, and product names on mobile.
Maintain accuracy over time
When operations change, update both the wording and its linked actions. Automatic publication of new articles does not replace reviewing older information. Administrators can edit articles, expose genuine modification dates, and remove outdated pages from publication without losing their records.
